Every configuration ships through the same four-phase pipeline. The preview you see is the manufacturing source — what you configure is what we deploy.
01 // Scan
A high-resolution scan of your dental geometry produces the Digital Twin — the basis for every measurement that follows.
02 // Design
The configuration is fitted to the Digital Twin in software. The on-screen preview is the manufacturing source — no translation step, no drift.
03 // Fabricate
Cast in the chosen metal, set with the chosen stones. Sub-25-micron tolerance on every contact surface.
04 // Snap-Fit
Friction-fitted at the lab. The unit clicks into place against the natural anatomy — no adhesive, no compression. Non-permanent by design.
